Forest Grotto

Nestled amongst the native mountain laurel and rhododendron, this well designed Platt Architecture home offers incredible rock structures and siting, embracing panoramic views to a championship golf course and adjacent brook.  TTK Design was hired for a complete landscape design refresh to the fifteen year old home.  The existing plantings and trees had become overgrown and too large, creating dark and obscured areas. The client wanted a fresh, modern, vibrant plan that opened up spaces, views and brought in light while creating incredible framed views and color throughout the seasons.  The result was an incredible wonderland of pathways, gardens, fern gullies and modern yet appropriately native and scaled landscape.
